Suzuki has teamed up with Wastesolve to review its waste systems, improve recycling practices, streamline processes, and deepen its commitment to sustainability.
Before partnering with Wastesolve, Suzuki’s waste management system had remained largely unchanged for many years. The existing arrangement was functional but lacked the proactive engagement and data-driven insight needed to make further progress.
Wastesolve’s approach has centred on creating a true partnership, combining hands-on support, operational improvements and clear communication.
On-Site Labour and Engagement
To ensure waste is managed effectively from the source, Wastesolve has placed a dedicated, full-time team member on site. This individual is responsible for sorting and managing waste within the warehouse, ensuring recyclables are correctly separated before collection.
